SHIPPING IS FREE: In the United States all items will be shipped via USPS (U.S. Mail) by least expensive rate (Media Mail, 1st Class, Parcel Post or Priority Mail). All shipments come with delivery conformation tracking. I have many years experience in packing and shipping, so you can be assured your item will arrive safely.

FOREIGN ORDERS: Buyers outside the United States are not only welcome but encouraged to buy from us. Although we generally ship only to U.S. customers, we make exceptions for foreign sales with these two conditions:

1. You must send an e-mail releasing Sanjose Collectibles of any liability regarding the condition our merchandise arrives in. The reason for this is that there have been incidents regarding customs officials damaging merchandise and not accepting any liability for their actions. With that said, it is important to note that we personally have never had any issues with a foreign sale to date.

2. Is that postage costs must be covered by the buyer. Please contact us via e-mail first and we will be happy to give you a postage quote on any item once you have sent us a release of liability e-mail. Please note, certain items are NOT available for foreign shipping due to size or weight.

RETURN POLICY: If you are not satisfied upon receiving any purchased Sanjose product, we kindly ask that you contact us first, so we can make sure the return process goes smoothly and to your complete satisfaction. Items may be returned within 7 days of your receiving them for full purchase price if you are unhappy for any reason.

Here are the basic guidelines for making a return:

1. Buyer must contact Sanjose Collectibles via email (sanjoseinternational@yahoo.com) prior to returning any item, to inform us of any orders you wish to return or exchange along with the reason why.

2. We will provide you with detailed instructions at that time. This allows us to generate and/or have on hand, paperwork that we can then match up to the product being returned or exchanged.

3. After your return is authorized by Sanjose Collectibles, please re-pack the item carefully and return goods using a method that includes delivery confirmation tracking.

4. A refund will be issued when we receive the returned item. Please note: Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Please return to:
